I would say in my personal opinion floor is harder, since on the parallettes you can basically use your forearm flexion to find your balance + reduces strain on wrists. But what do you guys think? Let me know!
I can do a few full front lever raises without band and my max dragon flag reps are 12 reps. When it comes to my overall pulling strength that’s where I’m lacking the most so I would say my max pull up is 55lbs, so I guess I need to work more on the overall lats and pulling strength to unlock this move unassisted.
I’m currently on adv tuck, now I want actual advice on how I can slice the time in half on unlocking the planche, no sugar coats, just actual honesty on what I should do.
Stuff like planche, front lever, iron cross, and some dynamic movements like 90° push ups, muscle ups, one arm pull ups etc
