Look I was gone for a good while, I know I still have roughly 800 Dms to go through, and 400 or so people wanting in the group, its just a hassle because I dont know who's who and I don't know them so I have to do some background since I really dont problems in here, I may seek a mod from another sub reddit to help clean up this one, I may not, I donno yet, My other subreddit 😿 wedabbleinchems was definitely shut down and I Put soooo much work into that subreddit alone, shifting through all the scammers and good vendors and bew up and comming ones that I wasnt surprised that it got shit on as well as shut down, I mean lets be honest with ourselves I was opening selling shit and openly promoting others who were doing the exact same thing. So take that with it what you will.

If you are selling rcs or products I do Not accept bribery or money so you can scam people, and by using me or my subreddit as a way of fake validation!
This means if you do sell something Id generally buy some of your shit and if you sent it and its what you said, Ok I can Confirm you at least have the stuff and do in fact send it. Now i usually do this without reference that I am the one who runs this subreddit, because if I did that a scammer would eagerly come through with a small bullshit order for validation to lure larger buyers to assume legitimacy, so I will Never seek your products expecting free hand-outs, thats Bullshit alot of others do, to get free shit, or they'll work out some form of give me this much whenever I ask or something close to that and it's all just super shady and fucked, and im not doing any of that.
As for verification of sellers, I know the ones im going to post because Ive talked with them, Ive ordered from them, they have come through not once not twice but over 10-20 separate times, sometimes Ill buy the shit and have it sent to someone who just wanted the stuff, sort of like a middle man, 🤔 wait bo more like exactly like a middle man...

Ok so Ive been working out for a solid 13 months, at first I was stupid fat and overweight, i was like 240lbs, well fast forward like 8months i got down to 188lbs or so maybe less, I was glad however then I needed muscle mass to fill in and what not so I alowly started changing my workouts from insanely long cardio to weighted workout, and for awhile I was limited to arms and legs for the most part, I still dont have a bench so i can work on growing with more weight for that just yet anyways my legs and arms are decent I workout with a 35lb dumbbell and I have my curl bar and about 70lbs to work with until I get some more 25lb weight to get it to 120lbs total, which I believe Ill love the resistance because Im just not really getting that Good soreness anymore, and it takes sooooooo much to really feel it, at most ill get like a nice stretchy feel the next day, mild bummer if you ask me, anyways my main problem now is that while I changed from cardio to strength and muscle growth I freaking kinda gained about 25lbs so im freakin at like 205lbs now, Im super happy I got some nice arms and all that jazz but im wondering if its ok for me to maybe get back into jogging and running or do some cardio again maybe 1hr or so of jogging? Not exactly sure what I feel like doing but I dont want to lose my muscle that I worked so hard to build, but im a little worried Im gonna lose some in this weight loss thing im fixing to commit to, because I dont feel like I can do both, if that makes sense?
For me I have to focus and lock in to what Im gonna do and for me if im going to focus on weight loss again, im gonna do that, It'll be hard for me to have any mental energy to throw in heavy weights and do weight loss, I just donno exactly how to manage that balance, can someone maybe fill me in or give me maybe some advice im open to something I can focus on for at least 3 months so thats my goal to lose this weight im aiming for 185lbs so about 20lbs.
