Have you experienced hormonal changes (for better or worse) while on a glp-1?

This is my first cycle on 1mg of tirzepatide, and for the first time in years, I didn’t feel compelled to binge carbs and sugar right around the start of my period. It’s kind of a miracle. That’s not to say I haven’t had any sugar, but WAY less than I normally would. My breasts also seem to be extra swollen and sore this month, but I’m hoping that subsides.

Anyway, curious if anyone who has been on these meds for a while has seen a consistent hormonal change. Thanks!

EDIT to add: Is anyone experiencing hair loss? It is my absolute biggest concern with this medication.
