What cars would you recommend to try manual?

I wanted to challenge myself and I've never driven manual in rally before so I thought why not start. What cars would you recommend for manual transmission? Are any of them easier than others to start with? I played a bit and I can already feel how much faster I can be if I stick with it and master it .

How to practice hair pin turns

I recently have been playing a lot of AC Rally. It is my first proper sim game. My only other experience with using a wheel is Dirt Rally 2.0 and FH6. I can do hair pin turns okay in Dirt ,but this game is rough like I either come in too fast. Or I hand brake too much I think and I spin in the direction I started and come to a complete stop. I'm using a Logitech g920 and the Logitech RS handbrake/shifter combo. Any pointers would be appreciated. I'm more of a visual person if that helps. I have noticed that if I go into settings my hand brake is only 0-100% when pulled I can't seem to fine tune it so I can say pull like 25 to 50%. Everything else I've been able to fine tune which I really like about AC Rally.
