Bet it all on black garlic burger

The black garlic purée didn’t quite come out how I wanted it to and I use a premixed sriracha mayo which might not have been the best idea. Plus my cheese slices were definitely on the thick side😂 all and all 8/10 from the wife and I bet next time I could do even better. Also I used romaine lettuce instead of baby spinach because she’s pregnant and cannot stand spinach at the moment lol

I’ve created a Munster

My first burger from the book! I don’t recommend trying to slice the Munster cheese in the 90 degree heat WHILE your burgers are cooking. Even with that they still turned out pretty good, even though they’re a bit on the well done side …

I don’t like this crab apple tree, so I’m going to plant a trumpet vine next to it

I’m not looking for any advice, just wanted to see how many years you guys think it’ll take to choke it out😂 I am going to put the vine in the ground once I feel it’s developed a solid root system

I know the suckers at the bottom are because of the rocks and weed blocker, I’m not interested in trying to recover it
