1958 vs LC

Currently in the market for a 250. I’m sure this has been posted before but wanted to create a new post. For those that own a 1958, what features do you wish you have? For those that own a LC, what features can you go without?

Sell?

Been a fan of the WRX when it was still a 2.5 RS. Finally fulfilled my dream with a 2018 Premium that I bought in 2022. I’ve drove 8k miles in four years. It is currently sitting at 29,xxx miles. I put the car’s info in Carvana and they offered me $20k. Should I take it?

A little more about the car…

Completely stock. I change the oil every couple months. Currently lowered (haven’t looked at what suspension it has), and lip kit.

I would love to keep the car but I feel like someone else can enjoy it more. I drive it here and there to run random errands and I don’t think I’m doing it any favors 😄. Looking for your opinion if you think $20k is a decent offer or should I sell it privately.

Not a formal promotion

As the title stated, my situation is a bit weird and i wanted to seek some advice on what you’d do. I became manager due to my lead role being eliminated. When my title changed, I didn’t get a pay increase of any sort. There wasn’t a formal process for me but rather “hey, you’re a manager now”.

Till this day, I truly still don’t feel like a manager. My responsibilities haven’t changed besides doing reviews for my team, approve time cards, and leading a team meeting.

Is it too much if I went to my manager and ask for an actual job description? I’ve talked to colleagues that’s switched roles and they all told me the req opened, spoke to a recruiter, and then they talked about pay and such.

When I spoke to my manager about pay, he said he’ll see what he can do. I’m feeling a bit lost in this shuffle. I don’t really go to HR but I feel like I need to be heard.

Any advice is welcome. Please don’t be a hater. I’m just here seeking advice from more experienced folks. Thanks!
