Casual mens soccer?

Hey yall! Im a beginner (know a very base level of the sport) looking to get into some pick up games or maybe something more structured, but i would preferably like to find a group that plays casually that i can meet new people, learn and grow, and get out and play!

Is there any group out there willing to take me in? Im competitive and athletic, just need some direction but im definitely interested in picking up the worlds sport!

Traded my scooter for a lemon, help me fix it?

So as i said, i was dumb and traded my basically new scooter for this clapped out tao tao 200c because i wanted more speed. It worked fine for a ride or two then my back tire started smoking out and blowing chunks of rubber dust.

Turns out the entire sidewall is hugging the rear wheel suspension arm (?)

It looks like the dude threw a bolt in the case and tac welded it to the two brackets you see on the right side.

I know its probably a dud, but is there any way i can fix this? Even if i just permanently attach it to the case somehow (which i know is not good) because i just want to get SOME moneys worth out of it.

It looks jerry rigged, i assume because he put a 200cc engine on a 50cc frame.

I just wanna know if its salvagable or if i have to take the loss 😭

Any extra questions or wonders you might have i have no problem trying my best to answer!
