What's the difference? Pelvic Floor Muscles Being Loose vs Too Tight

I have been doing more research, and are there different conditions for your pelvic floor muscles being too tight as well? What would this diagnosis be? Are kegels not good if the pelvic floor muscles are too tight? I know incontinence is mostly tied to loose pelvic floor muscles, but just trying to get educated. If anyone knows, let me know! Thank you.

Non-Invasive Chairs

Has anyone had any luck with Pelvic Floor chairs? EMS Emsella, Gazelle, Pelvipower, etc? The thing is I was doing research and I literally found the Restora and Emsella on Alibaba? That can't be good, right??

Gotta go during sports

I like to play soccer and every week without fail, I have to step off the field to go, and I have to go badly. I also wake up at night to go. Could this be incontinence?
