Thinking of selling the truck directly versus to Carvana. I would sell at $19,500. 1 year old tires, newer tie rod, apple car play, hard bed cover (foldable), bed extender, remote start, 2 keys, nothing wrong with interior. The tpms sensor is on, and some times can’t shift into park from drive/reverse. Great truck but need more payload. Is headache selling direct over Carvana worth it (they’d give me $16k)?

Love my 14 Pro-4x (80,400 miles), but the payload isn’t working for me any longer. Upgrading to the XD, which the one I am looking at is 1,929. I live in New England so I’m not stranger to rust. This XD is from Canada, and the rust doesn’t look awful to me, but I’m not an expert. I’d appreciate your thoughts. Also, no idea what the previous owner had in the bed. During the test drive I didn’t notice any engine knock, but the AC needs to be replaced, which the dealer will do if I buy. Thanks in advance.
