Second weekend of running my MK8, this time with 245/40 Azenis 200tw tires. Was the quickest of the 4 R's on Saturday by just a hair. Car has a Unitronic intake and is on 034 springs, but otherwise stock. IE rear swaybar setup is waiting to be installed, which the other 3 R's in our group have -- did not influence my wanting one at all...
Looking forward to doing more ride alongs with the veterans, as well as have instructors ride with me.
Shooting Nikon D800e with a Nikon 70-200 f/2.8. The GRC photo was shot from up in the grid parking, while waiting for my run, with a 2x teleconverter attached. Shooting 1/200s f/5.6 with an ND filter on bright days like this.
I have one of these on my slopebike and I’m still not sure why I put a pivotal SL on the DJ…. This is the most comfortable small seat I’ve ever had. Went with the dark brown leather rather than straight black. Not normal for me, but happy with the decision.
Used to ride Sandy skatepark all the time when I lived in SLC. Fun trip down memory lane, riding with old friends.
My buddy got this park in Herriman, UT built. He rides it pretty well, too.

Been over 7 years since I last rode here. Always enjoyed the top part of this line. “21” is the name, as there’s 21 total jumps. Ran some trains most of the way through (too muddy at bottom), too.
