I just gotta say, as a tiny-shop, indoor-outdoor hobby woodworker, this weather forecast SUCKS!

I know, Texas, springtime, blah blah.

Just looking at the rain chances pretty much every day for 10+ days has me depressed. Have to roll some tools out onto the driveway to use the shop.

C'mon weather gods, I wanna make sawdust.

What issues would I run into scaling a Trident to 180x180x?

If I just use the configurator to generate extrusion specs, what issues would I encounter if I scale a Trident to 180x180x(probably 200) ?? Any places where the stock parts will be too big to fit (skirts obviously). I know TinyT exists so I can use that for a resource too.

I want to go 2020 not 1515 so that's why not Salad Fork.

Need to run ethernet thru an exterior wall to set up a mesh node outside. I was thinking I'd just put a RJ45 jack on the inside wall, punch thru the wall and mount a surface-mount box with an RJ-45 jack inside. Use an electrical in-use "bubble" cover, then just run a patch cable to my Eero.

Or should I run a solid run of cable from the inside jack to the Eero, skipping the RJ45 jack outdoors?

In Texas (heat, humid) but under a carport so (hopefully) no direct rainfall, and on the north side of the house so there's never direct sunlight.
