All claims in past 1month processed and settled in less than 5 days of raising claim. The only claim rejected was when there was the migration issue causing status not to be moved to settled. 3rd claim of August submitted today.

I have an error with name on one of the member ID so to correct it want to submit joint declation for name correction but AFTER CHOOSING MEMEBER ID AND CLICKING GET DETAILS, SEEMS LIKE A PORTAL ERROR.

Super fast process - Old claim status Settled, new claim raised on Friday 7th Aug, approved on 8th Aug and money credited today 10th Aug in bank account. claim status is still finally approved. will submit a new claim once claim status changes :-)

I have 2 UANs. the old UAN is not in use and the new UAN is which is used since past 11 years.

The old UAN is not linked to PAN or aadhar or mobile. and there are 2 organisations under that old UAN that I want to move to new UAN.

The transfer option in EPF portal is not helpful as it required old UAN to be linked to same mobile number as new UAN

Whom to contact and which email ID to write to ?

Unable to submit new claim despite old claim completed. The old claim status shows as Approved but when I try to submit new claim by filling in the Form Advance and service, the form blocks submit with message as 'Form 31 with Member ID ****** with Tracking ID ****** is also currently in processing stage, please wait till the claim is processed and payment confirmation is received.'

The old claim is already processed long back 30 days ago but its status is shown as 'The claim has been finally approved.'

Grievance lodged to EPF portal but no reply.

I am in need of funds but stuck here. anyone has any idea or faced similar issue ?
