My last working was July 31st, I am jobless now and want to take out of amount but unable due to JD pending which I had requested to correct exit date of my previous company which has been approved by employer and also I had raised grievance which was also acknowledged but still pending should I cancel it and withdraw pf amount or wait for them to correct exit date.

Hi, I submitted a claim yesterday for partial withdrawal of PF Form 31. Right now it is showing "Claim finally approved", but in service history it is still showing pending. Can anyone let me know when I can expect the claim to be settled? Attached below is the screenshot.

one reason might be that I had to update eps details with doe doj as it was not allowing blank values, but I dont contribute to eps..maybe that might be the reason but not sure

My F&F is still pending, and my date of exit has not been marked in EPFO.
I’ll be joining another company soon. I’m a fresher, and this is my first job switch, so I’m unfamiliar with the process.
Is it normal for the exit date to take some time to update? Should I contact my previous employer now or wait until F&F is completed? Has anyone faced issues during BGV because of this despite having a relieving letter?

Who did you get to attest the form?
Did a bank manager work, or did you need a gazetted officer?
Do I submit at the regional office where the old company was registered, or the one nearest me? The old companies were in Pune and Bangalore and I'm now in Bangalore.
Is it better to transfer both into my current UAN or just withdraw? I understand interest earned after I left those jobs may be taxable, and TDS may apply on withdrawal.
Do I need two separate Joint Declarations, one for each UAN, or can they be handled together?

I’ve been trying to get my PF account delinked for quite some time. My previous employer has confirmed that they have already approved the request from their end, but the final approval/delinking is still pending with EPFO.
I have already raised three grievances. The earlier grievances were closed without actually resolving the issue, and the latest one is also pending.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you get EPFO to complete the delinking? Is there any higher authority or other escalation channel I should approach?
Any advice would be appreciated.
