PF withdrawal post 3 months of unemployment

Hi All, I am currently unemployed since June 8 as I am taking a break from my career.

I wanted to know the rules for PF withdrawal. As of today, how much can I withdraw and what exact claims can I request for on the portal?

Need OTG suggestions

Hello, so currently I am using IFB's microwave plus convection oven for baking.

I find convection oven to be very inconsistent.

Could someone suggest what OTG to buy? Up to 15000 is fine as i am going to use it for home baking only. But i would want an oven with good temperature control as the biggest problem I am facing with my current IFB is it cannot bake loaf cakes and breads correctly. They burn from the top but are raw inside. Plus it's too small to make many cookies etc because of. Circular turntable

Double chocolate chunk cookies

Made some gooey double chocolate chunk cookies.

I like my cookies very fudgy, almost brownie like. These are perfect because they use all light brown sugar.

Tbh, I would have preferred them a little thicker by increasing the freezing time but I was too tempted to wait 😀😀

Small wins with PCOS

Oh my gosh, I am almost gonna cry as I write this.

I have been struggling with very insulin resistant PCOS for years!!! I am 30 now and I got my period back last year with consistent strength training and tweaking my diet to reduce carbs a bit and increase protein. I am also taking inositol.

I had no idea doing just these things would almost be like a miracle 🥹

I went without a period for more than a year before this and within 60 days of consistency, I got my first period without medication in March'25. The flow was light ( very much like spotting)but I just kept going. I got my second period in September'25 and then in December, Feb and April. The cycle length has shortened but all these months I was worried about the flow. It would be like I would see some blood when I wiped myself. I got my period yesterday again and this time though, the flow is great just like how it used to be when in my teens. Also the cycle length is shortening.

The point is, if any of you have insulin resistance, I cannot explain how wonderful resistance training is. Honestly, I am loving being on a period again with a good flow. I have lost significant fat too and gotten very strong. I do struggle with chin hair and don't see any reduction there, but hey, a win is a win. Oh and did I mention my cystic acne are pretty much a thing of the past now. I used to have horrible acne on both the cheeks and my skin is crystal clear now.

I have an appointment with my gynaec soon and I am thrilled to discuss this with her 🥺🥺
