Has anyone actually done this for a closed company?

How long did it take?

Who did you get to attest the form?

Did a bank manager work, or did you need a gazetted officer?

Do I submit at the regional office where the old company was registered, or the one nearest me? The old companies were in Pune and Bangalore and I'm now in Bangalore.

Is it better to transfer both into my current UAN or just withdraw? I understand interest earned after I left those jobs may be taxable, and TDS may apply on withdrawal.

Do I need two separate Joint Declarations, one for each UAN, or can they be handled together?

Any tips on avoiding rejections? I keep hearing about name/DOB mismatch issues. Thank you
