Paypal Banned my Business account after first art commission invoice
After my client has paid the invoice I have sent to them, paypal immediately limited my account once their payment of 100 usd went through. I have uploaded my national government id, proofs of fulfillment (screenshot of transaction in insta), my art commission prices, my terms of services as an artist, and my multiple social media accounts with proofs of drawing in them.
However, after just a day they immediately banned my account and is now going to withhold my acc. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Can i ask the client to refund the invoice on their end? Im not going to wait 6 months just to get my money.
Its my first business transaction in paypal business due to its bad history.
Update: I asked the client to dispute the charge on their end. After a few minutes it immediately refunded on their end due to the status of my account. I deleted this app after that and will be using vgen or wize from now on.
Update 2: paypal had the audacity to charge me a dispute fee of $16 will anything bad happen if i ignore it?
