Are these two the same hardware?

Looking to buy a cheaper second hand Dirigera. Are these two exactly the same hardware? If I buy the older one, will a simple firmware update bring it to being essentially the same with the new "Matter" branded box? I just want to be sure.

Does the IKEA Dirigera matter bridge expose all entities to HA?

Does Dirigera expose the exact same entities and raw attributes to Home Assistant via the Matter integration as a direct USB Thread coordinator would? I'm thinking about it for more simplicity and power efficiency (to use HA only when I need complex automations)

I'm mostly wondering about the advanced metrics of the new Alpstuga sensor (specifically the exact CO2 readings and the LCD turn-off option), as well as the multi-click events (double-click, long-press) for the new Bilresa remote.

Additionally, how many of these entities actually carry over and work reliably if I bridge the Dirigera hub into SmartThings or Google Home? Do those platforms see the full sensor data and button actions, or do the features get watered down even further?

Also, is there any noticeable latency when using the Dirigera bridge in Home Assistant?
