Body fat percentage%?
Been cutting for a few months now and if I had to guess I’d say 18% but I think I’m off.

Just had someone tell me they miss me.
It wasn’t even a close friend, but a friend nonetheless. I moved to a different country around 8 months ago. Quite literally felt rich in that moment. Never realized how warm I feel knowing people enjoyed my presence enough to express it out the blue despite rarely talking.
