I live a few states away and visit a few times a year, but it seems my list of tech support “tickets” for those visits is getting longer and longer. Any tips or tricks for helping assist more in the moment, but from far away?

My father is 6’2 and has been using a standard cane, but wondering if anyone was aware of something that might be more supportive for a tall guy with balance/mobility concerns. Also something not too cum resolve he can bring in his car, to restaurants, etc.
