Just doing some testing on the webs in director mode and noticed this electrical flash on both the webs. The flashes don't appear under Thunder/lightning condition. I tested all the weather conditions.
Just going through the new screenshots on the Rockstar website and noticed these Sun/Eye symbols on Lucia and what looks like a metallic orb ?
I was checking out the sculptures around the Kortz Center and noticed the silver parts on here at certain angles look like numbers, 6 1 4 & 86 (this could also be 89 from a different angle). The red bit however is different
The one on the left was the clue to find the Spider carving
To the last post regarding the Oeuvre paintings. AntelopeIcy6558 Not sure if this helps but there is definitely something with these paintings pointing towards oil. As you can see the images in the last painting spell out the word OIL.
I noticed this a while ago. And at the centre of the letter 'I' is the word "buy" Buy Oil?
Not sure if it means anything to the mystery but i remember an investigation i did a while ago and noticed the keys here
