So, just in the past year, I have unfortunately lost multiple friendships because they crossed boundaries and had 2 family members that meant a lot to my IRL husband pass away suddenly. This has very much put me on the back foot with my mental health. Most of my comfort objects are in storage or are otherwise inaccessible. So I didn't have much in the way of comfort items of any of my F/Os to bring me peace.

Admin Fury stepped in and found me the most amazing and adorable Mydei nui and a nui for another character I am fond of (Koga Ogami from Ensemble Stars) so I had something special to help me find peace. Not only does it give me something physical to hold of Mydei, but it helps me have a physical object to hold and focus on that reminds me I am not alone.

So it got me curious. What are things that bring you comfort of your F/Os when you are upset? It can be anything from merch, something you made yourself, or even just art or a video of your F/O that just helps you calm down and find a tiny bit of peace.

Hello and nice to meet you! I am Selene or Doodle, whichever is fine. you can refer to me as she/her or she/they. Gender fluid. There is a lot I am still learning about the community but I am always happy to help and you can never truly stop learning. My F/O's are Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy 7, Mydei from Honkai Star Rail, and Varka from Genshin Impact.

Cloud has been a self-ship from the time I was probably about 10 or so, I would draw myself all grown up and created a family with him in my art. Admin Fury and I have been best friends since we were very young and always been incredibly supportive in our shipping. Even if we personally didnt like the character at all, we always supported that the other had a deep love and affection for that character. That is the same environment that I hope to support and grow here. Mydei is my current top F/O, he hit me hard and fast and i love him so very deeply. Varka is right there with cloud at a tie in 2nd place lol.

I am an artist though I havent been able to draw for several months since having surgery to fix some nerve damn in my dominant arm but I am slowly getting back into the saddle. I love all art and crafts including resin and model building, I also enjoy photography. My proudest moment in my photography was getting to be the photographer for Admin Fury's and mine's other close friends wedding,

My favorite games are the pokemon games, digimon games, Final fantasy games, Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons (Or similar like Coral Island or stardew valley) and the Katamari games. I also love HSR and Genshin. Pokemon and Katamari are my comfort games. Shows I like are Madoka Magica, TADC, and so many others like cardcaptor Sakura.

I love wolves and sloths and cats and axolotls and bears and elephants, and so many others.

I am happy to help whenever you need it and never be afraid to reach out if you need help or need a friend, I love helping people feel better and I always do my best to make sure everyone is doing ok. I am excited to meet everyone and get to know your yumes.
