I thought it was smoking when I noticed it but it wasn't. Also I don't think it's melted or warped but I wanna make sure what that the pizza I put in after I removed it is safe to eat
So I dunno if I need card art for the custom card flair...nor do I know if a retrain for this card exists. But me and my wife were sitting around last night talking about alot of the retrains of classic cards and how some of the retrains got effects closer to their anime counterparts and we were thinking about magical Hats and this is what we came up with.
Name: Dark Magic Hats(referencing how often these got used with dark magician)
Type:Continuous Trap
Effect:when an opponent's monster declares an attack on one of your monsters , you may activate this card. When this card is activated, choose any combination of up to any 4 monsters(From your side of the field) and/or spell or trap cards(from your deck), shuffle those 4 cards and lay them on the field in face down defence position. This card remains on the field until it is destroyed, all monsters targeted by this effect are destroyed, or all face down cards are destroyed. If a trap or spell card placed on the field by this effect is attacked and is one activated when an opponent's.onstwr declares an attack, activate that card(s) effect. You may destroy this card during either of your Main phases.
I know the effect is kinda wordy but I couldn't find a way to make it shorter
Also some things I had considered:giving it monster effect immunity but I figured that was too op, giving it activation immunity, but again I felt too op. Making it so you could only set traps along with monsters but I didn't want to restrict any choices, plus I know some quick play spells can only trigger in your opponents battle phase I believe(why those ones weren't just made trap cards I have no idea)
