Curry's UK - Tumble Dryer Broken, how to contact outside of the UK

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping you could help me.

I bought a tumble dryer from Currys in June 2023, In 2025, I moved abroad with work and now rent my property out, with the tumble dryer for use by the tenants. The Tumble dryer has now stopped working, so I got a technician to take a look and they have stated that the PCB is broken and obselete and therefore the dryer is Beyond Economical Repair.
The dryer is no longer within warranty, but my understanding is that i could have some potential recourse due to the 2015 Consumer rights act that states that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and sufficiently durable. Obviously a dryer is expected to last over 3 years.

I spoke to Curry's online chat and they said that as the purchase was in store, i would have to visit the store or write them a letter to discuss this. I'm currently residing in the Middle East so this isn't really viable, and having to discuss this via letters seems crazy in this day and age.

I did find a customer services email online, but received an automated reply, saying the inbox is no longer monitored.

My question is, does anyone know of any customer service emails for Currys you have used in the past, and also experience with white goods breaking outside of the warranty, but within what should be expected of it's 'durableness'?

Thank you.
