Connect a XLR/1/4" Headset into a Hollyland Intercom System?

I do a lot of shoots with a company that uses Hollyland ( I believe SE, no basestation just one set is the 'master') headsets. I'm not the main audio guy, but still need to monitor the audio as I'm the last in the chain before it's being sent to the broadcast.

Right now my solution is just wearing earbud(s) under the headset but it's messy and I find it to be disorientating.

I was hoping to find a way to be able to use my own headset (I have a Audio Technica M50 XLR headset) , plugged into the system. I assume a belt pack would do it, but the Hollyland ones are more expensive than a headset so I feel like theres something I'm missing.

Looking at their product page it seems they have a 3.5 output, so I could do something where I wear them around my neck, but again that seems cumbersome.

I have a small, battery powered xlr interface that I can use to mix my headphones with the comms if needed.

Thanks!

Budget monitor that can simultaneously output SDI & HDMI regardless of input.

I am looking for a cheap monitor (~300USD or lower) that is able to take either HDMI or SDI in, and be able to output both at the same time.

I currently use a Shogun Inferno, and Video Assist 4k but they are both 10 years old at this point, bulky since they are 7", and are power hungry due to their age and them also being recorders.

I am also in the market for a cross converter, so figure it'd be nice to have a monitor that does that job for me.

I was taking the feed from someone's Feelworld on a shoot today, and found out that the outputs are true loop-outs, where they don't send a feed unless you use the same connector input. I was looking at the VILTROX DC-X3 and it seems to be the same for it as well.

Any recommendations? Only one I know for sure will work is the Video Assist 3g 5" but that has the same problems listed above.

Running the RTMP-In for Teams Townhall - What should I do/know?

I got a call from a videographer I have worked with on past events. He usually brings me in to help turn his recorded workflow into a live experience.

One of his clients, a larger healthcare organization, is running a Teams town hall, and he asked me to do a last minute venue walkthrough tomorrow afternoon with the other vendors and the organization’s technicians.

My background is mostly in livestreaming through Mux, Castr, YouTube, and similar platforms. I am excited about the possibility of moving into corporate work, but I am still learning the differences between a public livestream and a private corporate town hall.

I have done some homework and will keep preparing, but I would appreciate any advice from people who have coordinated these types of events with organizations.

My main question is around the Teams setup. I understand the general process of creating the town hall and getting RTMP info, but I am not sure whether I should expect to be given access to their Teams environment, or whether their in house staff would normally handle that.

I will be speaking with the client tomorrow and will likely get most of this information, but I would like to understand the general expectation beforehand. Since this is healthcare, I assume their systems may be locked down, and I don't want to put my foot in my mouth.

Thanks in advance.

Video Assist 4k (2016) - Output to SDI level A

I bought a 7" Video Assist 4k to use as a monitor/recorder, as well as to convert my HDMI cameras to SDI when using my Shogun 7 as a switcher.

The Shogun 7 only support Level A devices, but the Video Assist only outputs Level B. Is there anything I can do to make it support Level A? Ive tried updating the firmware, not can't find a way to make it work.

My input to it is 1080p60 if that matters.
