Kreo's warranty support is a scam. They saw a video of my mouse not working, claimed "zero problems found," kept it 14 days, and sent it back broken.

I want to warn everyone in this community before you spend money on Kreo products.

I own the Kreo Chimera V2. The mouse kept dying randomly no physical damage, no drops, just stops working out of nowhere. I did everything right before sending it in. Went through their entire user manual step by step. Factory reset the mouse using their official Kreo software. Nothing fixed it.

Before even sending it in, I recorded and sent them a video of the mouse actively not working and shared it with their support team. You know how long it took to do that? Because their WhatsApp support takes 1 to 2 hours to respond per message. Sending one video and getting a reply confirmed took the better part of a day. That's their official support channel, by the way not some side contact, their actual customer support line.

After all of that, I sent the mouse in for warranty.

They kept it for 14 days.

Their response? The inspection team found "zero problems" with the mouse. Zero. Despite the video I sent them of it not working. Despite the manual troubleshooting. Despite the factory reset. Zero problems.

I asked — fine, if you won't replace it, at least repair it. That's the bare minimum a warranty should cover.

They said no. Zero problems found. Nothing to repair.

They told me this on the phone. They told me this again on WhatsApp, in writing.

Mouse came back today. Unrepaired. Unreplaced.

The 2.4GHz dongle mode doesn't work. Same exact issue. Straight out of the return package.

So to summarize what Kreo's warranty process looks like in practice: you share video evidence, they ignore it. You ask for a repair, they deny it. They hold your product for over two weeks, declare it perfect, ship it back broken, and hope you give up.

I have screenshots of every WhatsApp exchange. I have the video I sent them. I have courier receipts and delivery proof. I have a video of the mouse failing the moment I got it back.

This is not a bad support experience. This is a company that saw evidence of a defect, lied about it in writing, and banked on you not fighting back.

Don't buy Kreo. And if you already have, document everything.
