At the end of Hoosick, where it turns into 787, there is a young kitten (maybe 2 yrs old?) yellow/white stripes with a blue collar dead on the side of the road 😔 it brought me to tears. I know that if my pet was missing I’d want to know where they are so I thought I’d put this post out there. I’m so sorry for your loss 💔
Does anyone know of any restaurants - this can be anywhere in the CR, not necessarily just Troy - where they serve food that is high in quality (maybe farm to table, organic, etc.) and who are open about their cooking oil preferences? Any spots that specifically use tallow, things of the like? Preferably have GF as well as vegan options on their menu.
I know the most practical solution would be to stay home and cook - which trust me, we do often - but looking to A) get out of the house and have a date night and B) support local businesses.

From the research I’ve done, many practitioners have concluded that Endo is an autoimmune disease, which usually can be managed by adopting an anti inflammatory diet.
Has anyone gotten laparoscopic surgery, had their Endo removed, and completely altered their diet/lifestyle in an attempt to inhibit further growth/inflammation of Endo? Would love to hear some of your go-to foods and ones that you avoid. Thanks xx
