first range session with my new CZ P-10 C Ported. grouping at 7-10 yards.

just shot my first gun for the first time today and it runs beautifully! my time practicing dry firing is paying off! i’m satisfied with my first groups. but idk, what do yall think? is that a tight group for my first shots ever? last 2 pics show my first shot of that group hitting bullseye. definitely looking forward to next time.

first gun and i’m happy with my purchase

first gun ever so obviously first cz ever and I am excited to put some rounds through it and see how it runs with different ammo. I didn’t know if I was just weak or the slide was very hard to move at first, maybe a combination of both. but it loosens up a little after a bit of dry fire practice. The slide release is stiff when you just press it with your thumb right out of the box but if you use your index finger and thumb to press both sides of the slide release at the same time then it works just fine. this is a detail that no one ever really mentioned online ever in any of the review videos or anything I’ve seen until I actually got it in hand, this is very useful when dry firing before I actually get the chance to put a lot of rounds through it and loosen up both the slide release and the slide. But I can already tell just from practicing with it and maybe sliding it a couple hundred times just practicing different movements with a gun over the past couple days, It’s already pretty easy to manipulate now maybe that’s just me getting better but i’m sure it’ll only get smoother the more i shoot it. for anyone running a CZ P10C or P10C Ported for a while, what’s the best ammo that’ll run smoothly for a fair price? i guess for both range rounds and defense rounds? is it true these guns only need minimal amount of oil? and i heard the holosun SCS red dot window is small or something but that might’ve been coming from a optic snob, im sure it would most likely be good enough, but any reviews on ppl with that red dot on their OR CZ would be appreciated because thats the only industry standard direct mount optic i know of. sorry for the yap lol.

TLDR; just got my first gun, been practicing dry fires and trigger control, can’t wait to shoot it and would appreciate any tips, advice or feedback.
