How many people individually own registered NFA items?
I seen a channel claim 8.X million NFA items are registered so how many individual people own? And any citing?

I did hours of research, here yall go
Update (I did hours of research): You need FPC, Texas State Rifle Association, or a Hot Shot Customs Rifle (and a few other smaller plaintiffs), to bypass the engravement, and the NFA's individual-maker requirement and the associated prohibition on possessing an improperly marked firearm. This DOES NOT give you AOW protections, but will still give you other SBR SBS Suppressor 4473 form protections.
SILENCERSHOP, PSA, B&T USA, GOA, GOF, FRACI,INC, and the fifteen plaintiff STATE ENTITIES, will get AOW protections, and SBR SBS Suppressor 4473 form protections.
I would recommend getting a membership with one each from BOTH of these lists so you can get full protection with the recent ruling!

so can we or can we not make an SBR without a form 1 if we are a GOA member and own an item from PSA, does the ruling still apply if you become a GOA member after the ruling?
Looking to buy a can in Orlando area from a FFL that's following the court order and not doing form 4s. Do you guys know any?
Anyone find a shop willing to transfer a suppressor on 4473 yet? Called around to my usual ones and they're all holding off pending advice from their ATF rep.
Wanted to ask the locals here if you guys have any idea on this. Hypothetically, if I was a GOA member prior to the ruling (and still am), would I still need to do an atf form 1 or form 4 to aquire a SBR or SBS? I know that suppressors are legal to transfer here (if your a GOA member), but curious on the legality of SBRs SBSs here.
(1) It is unlawful for any person to own or to have in his or her care, custody, possession, or control any short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, or machine gun which is, or may readily be made, operable; but this section shall not apply to antique firearms.
(2) A person who violates this section commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(3) Firearms in violation hereof which are lawfully owned and possessed under provisions of federal law are excepted.

I've been looking at multifunctional gun ranges and the gun club in Malabar seems to be the best one within driving distance, but the fee to sign up initially is kind of steep without being able to go out there and see what's what first. Does anybody have or had an active membership, looking for opinions.
Thanks in advance.
I apologize, as I can't really find any information on how this effects us if at all. Do we fall under this or are we exempt. I found this and I can't gather much from it, does us being a free state mean the state makes their own laws?
Checking with the group to see if anyone else had a stamp get approved over night from the recent federal ruling? Im curious if ATF just hit select all approved for certain states like Florida
This post is not about the legality of FRTs in Florida.
Just want to commend the fine gentleman running a FRT at a well known indoor range yesterday lmao. Even more so in an unsuppressed AR pistol.
Also gotta give a shoutout to the workers not giving a fuck. I asked one of them if they care if customers shoot with FRTs, they said “I just work here I wont stop anyone. But its at your own risk”
Im ready to risk it at this point lol
I've placed an enquiry with the Office of Attorney General here in Florida requesting that he address this case with the Florida 2A community, and how it will affect FL residents. Let's see if there is a response or announcement.
Does anyone know if there's a place to shoot RPG's or grenade launchers? It's tricky I know but maybe someone knows a spot. Thanks!
Since silencer shop are going to do suppressor orders without reporting it to the ATF tonight, like it always should, then how would it be for SBR's? Cause I've been thinking of getting a 11 inch upper for my standard size 16 inch ar 15 but I don't have to report the change to an SBR right?
looking to join a range, I like saltwater but I’m off on Mondays and they’re closed. Saturdays there can get pretty packed. Any other decent options? I hear that gateway is full of fudds and RSOs that are overly eager.
Any other recommendations??
I have no idea if this is allowed or anyone is down, but I want to buy a 365 legion but no where around here has one to rent before I buy it, and I just wanted to see if any of you wonderful people have one I can meet up with and shoot to see how I like it. Shoot me a DM if so! Sorry in advance if the post isn't allowed.
I don't get to shoot often. I'm a certified K instructor & been teaching on & off for 20+ years in Florida. I'm based out of Orlando but I'd drive 35 minutes in any direction. Just curious if there are any casual groups of guys that shoot for fun. At a range ; Public or private... I'd be glad to let people shoot my stuff. I'd be glad to help new people sharpen their skills. I can/will be glad to do some "FL State certification" for free that others charge $75 bux for... I never get to shoot for fun anymore... And most of my "friends" aren't "gun people" (thought many will be glad to come to the range & burn off all my ammo , so they can post on their Instagram)
Please spare me all the controversy about RB but they will ship to florida now. These guys won their case with the ATF so they are allowed to ship?
I've read the statute.... although I dosent think it applies but if RB can ship how are they not bound by the statute too ?
Something change regarding the statute and RB?
Got a new Ruger American and I was looking to zero it at 100yds how is the Palm beach shooting sports park if anyone knows. I live closer to markham but I hear terrible things about that place.
