Sales Payout

I’m aware there is a 92 retention rule for sales regarding payout. If I graduated ori in April eligible for bonus on May 1, will I see that this month or next month the 2 in 92 is what’s confusing me. I automatically assumed this month

SSN Enumeration for adult

Hello everyone, my wife has a rare situation. Long story short….she was a home birth, mother never registered her birth, went through lengthy process to obtain delayed birth certificate, then went through another lengthy process to get her us passport card so now she applied for her SSN enumeration with those 2 documents and they said because she’s using a delayed birth certificate issued after the age of 1 they have to verify the record with the issuing agency which they said could take up to 4 weeks. Has anyone in this predicament before gotten it verified faster than that 4 week mark?

Finally!

Passport has been approved and mailed. How long have you waited for it to arrive in the mail with routine shipping not expedited shipping

This sub is no help

I made a post asking for advice and it turned into interrogations and accusations of citizenship fraud? All because my spouse applied with delayed birth certificate and other secondary documents which are all accepted by the department of state and clearly listed on their website. Do better. If you guys don’t have any advice for someone to help then don’t comment at all. L subreddit.

Identification Crisis

The Situation:
My wife was a home birth and didn't have a birth certificate. We spent a year getting a legal Delayed Birth Certificate. We also have a rock-solid secondary evidence package: a certified pre-age-5 baptismal record, sealed school transcripts, and early immunization records.

The Nightmare:
Social Security Lost the File: We applied for her first-time SSN using all her original documents. After 63 days of waiting, the SSA office told us they completely lost her application and we must reapply from scratch.

Passport Agency Has the Documents: Right after the SSA visit, we applied for an expedited passport card (4/15) via the New Orleans agency. They requested more info on 5/1, we replied on 5/13, and they logged it on 6/1. Monday, 6/22 marks the end of the 3-week expedited window, and it is still pending.

The Catch-22:
My wife currently has zero legal identification, which is incredibly stressful and dangerous. She cannot reapply for her SSN because the New Orleans Passport Agency is holding her only original vital documents. We can't do an urgent walk-in transfer to a local regional agency because we don't have international travel booked within 14 days.
We just submitted a congressional constituent inquiry online to force their hand.

Has anyone with a delayed birth certificate successfully navigated a total lack of ID while the government holds your paperwork? Any advice on how to get our documents back or bypass the 14-day travel rule for an identity emergency?

TL;DR:

My wife was a home birth with no birth certificate. We spent a year getting a Delayed Birth Certificate + early life records (baptism, school, vaccines).

Then, a massive bureaucratic failure happened:
The SSA completely lost her first-time SSN application and told us to reapply from scratch.

The Passport Agency is holding her original vital documents for an expedited passport card. The 3-week deadline hits Monday (6/22), and it is still pending.

The Catch-22: My wife has zero legal identity documents, but she cannot reapply for her SSN because the passport agency has her paperwork. We cannot get an urgent walk-in appointment because we don't have international travel booked within 14 days.

We just filed a congressional inquiry. Has anyone bypassed the 14-day travel rule for a total "lack of identity" emergency?

Information Received, In Process Again

Passport agency requested additional information and we sent via email it’s now in process again as of today (5/21/26) has anyone gotten approved after this status update and what was your experience regarding timeframe we did pay for expedited processing.

Applied 4/15
Received 4/22
Add’l info update 5/1
Add’l info letter received and emailed back 5/13
Add’l info received, in process again 5/21

Does this seem on track towards approval or is it dragging considering we paid expedited processing

▲ 4 r/SpectrumMobile+1 crossposts

I just added a 3rd line to my account today with a mobile device order and was told by retentions agent that it’ll be free for 1 year, but when I went to confirm the order and review future billing I seen that it is being charged. I called the mobile billing department and asked about this and the agent said to wait 24-48 hrs after receiving and activating the device for it to adjust accordingly. I don’t know how accurate this is but it’s frustrating.
