First outdoor grow still learning how to deals all the pests out here. Had them inside for bout 2 month brought them all out just a few days ago been spraying neem oil every 2-3 days but there still a lot of flies during the day and I keep finding spider mites not to mention the June bugs that come out at night, if anyone would like to share how they deal with IPM that would be greatly appreciated. Also see that my lower leaves have been really droopy lately & plants look light green to me maybe needs more WC?

Don’t know how to get rid of them without damaging plants says neem oil won’t do nothing to them online can anyone help ?
