How backwards compatible are the warband rules?

I've got a 2nd hand Wydrhollow box and I already have a few warbands and I can proxy some more for home games but I don't have any of the official decks or rules apart from the 4 (and a half?) decks I got from the box. (Which would be Stormcoven, Ephilim's warband and 2 more generic ones). Is there an official place where I can get the rules and the decks for my existing and to be proxied warbands and if so, how compatible they are with the Wyrdhollow box?

I accidentally picked my toenails, now they are in a bad position and may be ingrown sometime in the future (they looked like they were going to in the future, but after some research I learned that picking those parts wasnt the best choice, duh) How can I prevent that from happening?

When to take with rune and build path?

I am a silver jhin main trying to get better with my game sense. Right now I see 2 popular jhin builds, Fleet with Stormrazer and Dark Harvest Hubris rush, when to take which? I've been taking Dark Harvest for some time and been mostly fine with my scaling focused gamestyle but I never get to carrying games levels of strength with that build since IE is 3rd item and LDR is 4th

Also, when to buy LDR and when to buy Firecannon

Also, in which situations I should buy Hexoptics instead of Collector when doing Hubris rush?
