April 27, Hypergryph released a report summarizing their recent efforts to combat intellectual property violations, focusing on leaks of unreleased content, cheats/private servers, and counterfeit merchandise.

The most significant case involved the 2025 Summer Carnival, where unreleased character artwork was widely leaked before the event. The investigation revealed that the leak originated from an employee of a partner company who violated confidentiality agreements, and was then spread further by another individual on social media. This case resulted in a civil lawsuit, where both parties were found jointly responsible and ordered to pay 1.3 million RMB in damages and issue a public apology.

In addition, Hypergryph pursued administrative penalties in other leak cases:

> Another leaked Arknights: Endfield unreleased content

Both were investigated by authorities and officially recognized as trade secret violations.

More recently, leaks related to the 7th Anniversary event were discovered. Hypergryph has already identified the source and is currently handling the case through legal procedures.

For cheats and private servers, Hypergryph worked with authorities to dismantle groups producing and selling hacks, involving over 1.2 million RMB, and the case has entered criminal prosecution.

For counterfeit merchandise, they have taken action across e-commerce platforms, achieving initial control while continuing enforcement.

They emphasized that these violations harm the game environment and urged players not to spread leaks or use cheats. They also introduced a reporting system with rewards for valid leak information and stated they will continue strengthening legal enforcement to protect the game ecosystem.
