We are buying a house that is a current Airbnb with plans to rent it out as well. Would it be appropriate to talk with the sellers for any advice they might have?
Like the title says we are purchasing a home, I would love to talk with the couple to see who they used for maintenance, cleaning, etc as well as any general advice they would be willing to provide as this is a new endeavor for us.
I figured the worst they could say is no but I figured I would ask here first for any advice. Thanks!

We will be purchasing a property that is an active Airbnb with the goal of continuing to run it as a STR. Would anyone be willing to share their experiences taking over an active listing?
Hey everyone, like the title suggest we will be buying a property that is currently listed as an active Airbnb with plans to continue to run it as Airbnb
The listing is very highly rated with all five star reviews.
My understanding is that we will have to create our own Airbnb account and delete the current listing and repost as a new one.
The current listing has bookings for this year, which again will be my understanding that they will be canceled and we will have to rebook.
Just looking for any advice from someone who might’ve gone through this situation. Thanks in advance!

How should I have these jets facing in a kidney shaped pool?
Two jets one in the deep end and one in the shallow end currently having them face the opposite direction. Single skimmer in the middle were vacuum attached any help is appreciated. I just feel like the circulation is not as effective as it could be.
