Resistant starches

I understand that if a carbohydrate, like a potato or pasta, is cooked and then cooled there is a change to the starch and how it is digested and metabolized. Basically less of a blood sugar spike. If I reheat that potato does the change back? or does it remain a resistant starch?

I have a house in Illinois & a house in another state. Is my FOID still good?

right now, I am in another state. when I return to Illinoi, is my FOID card still good? can I use it if I am only there a short time? no current IL driver’s license
