How often do you run?

I’ve been getting back into running, but adding it into my off gym days. I am hoping for about 3 times a week to build up my endurance, does that sound about right?

Side question: do you run when you don’t feel 100%? I’ve been having some stomach stuff today but still went on a run anyway. I didn’t run as long or as hard but still made the effort. Didn’t feel great but still tried.

National Ice Cream Day

Has anyone heard about any of the local businesses doing any promotions to celebrate today? Someone had told me Little Red Barn has free soft serve, but that’s all I’ve heard.

Getting back into running

So for years I’ve run on and off, mainly to help with sports when I was younger, and now because I don’t play sports (though eventually looking for adult league softball).

I went on a run the other day, about 2.5 miles before I decided I needed to stop and I was out of stamina. Fine, great, not my best ever but I’m only just getting back into it. Since then I’ve been quite sore in the legs. Here is my question:

How do you determine what you should run/pace based on what you can do? I clearly can run 2.5 miles, as shown by doing it, but it may have been too much. What helps you find the limit/edge of what you can do and how far to push yourself?

Thank you all in advance, I am a bit more versed in lifting so I kind of understand that if it helps anyone explain lol!

50 Amp Plug

I’m looking for a place I can plug in my 50 amp car charger cord to test if it works. I don’t need to be plugged in and do a full charge, I just want to test the cable because I got it used. I asked Greenbrier but their RV spots only have 30 amp plugs. Any idea where I can go to test it?
