I travel this line a lot. I've listened to the new recorded voice a zillion times, and it still sounds like she's saying 16th Street Fray Ride. What is it supposed to be?

Is there a secret to getting to spend my own money? I transferred money from my bank to my Venmo acct. It left the bank on Monday, and Venmo says it is still pending on Friday.
