Bought a bag of compost from Amazon and planted up two tomato plants and two courgette plants both tomatoes tomatoes and courgettes have these mottled leaves.

I also planted a couple of indoor plants both of which are now covered in fungus gnats; a problem which I have never had before, so I’m assuming the compost was a bad batch which really annoying as there is loads left. I’m assuming I should just throw it away but what to do about the veggie Plants - does anybody recognise what this is? Is it okay - Should I leave it or repot into Fresh compost?

This is kept in a south facing bathroom but is clearly unhappy. It is not growing either. Any tips for what I’m doing wrong?
