Labs are in range but suspected hashimotos

I just got these labs back and they are within range which I know can still mean I might need meds. Waiting on the results of the antibodies test. My gyno suspected hypothyroid and I had a goiter. One teeny-tiny nodule found on US and it’s fine. Will the antibody results really tell me more here?

Medical assistant called with my US results but said 2 different things

I’m very emotional about these results. I already have some health/medical anxiety, which doesn’t help. My gyno noticed a goiter (didn’t feel any nodules) and sent me for bloodwork and a US. Well, got a call today and her assistant said I have nodules and they are referring me to an endocrinologist. She says one of the nodules is 5.7 CENTIMETERS then says oh, down here it says MILLIMETERS. Said the endocrinologist will discuss everything with me. Then she rushed off the phone. The whole thing was very off putting. I called back to clarify nobody answered bc it was the end of the day.

I am also angry at myself for putting off my health for so long. I’ve had hypo symptoms and now a possible 5.7cm nodule. I need bloodwork. Haven’t kept up with appointments for years until the past 2 years really.

Did anyone have a larger nodule? Could it be 5.7mm?? Wouldn’t they just say <1cm?

I’m scared and confused. And angry.
