Homemade Sausage

I am a part of the group that smokes/grills/cooks for charity/events for my church. This last weekend we made 150 lbs of sausage from a machine that is over 80 yrs old. It's always a fun time making sausage, and the jokes from the older guys (including my father-in-law) never stop. Turned out fantastic. (We also smoked 8 briskets and a few pork ribs)
