What's a good security camera for a reasonable price?

For years, we have had people come by throwing their trash out by our road. Cups, cans, bottles, chip bags, etc.

It's almost always in the exact same spot, around a 30 ft distance that they throw it on the side of the road

My brother and I have took the time to pick this trash up, many people have come by seeing us picking up this trash, yet it's still thrown out in the same spot

I'm starting to take it personally, and I'm sure it is deliberate and intentional

I would like to install a camera capable of capturing the assholes responsible, and clear enough to capture their tag number from 50ft or so away (the only place I can get the angle right to see who's throwing the trash out)

I would appreciate any suggestions

Is this considered a threat?

I posted this in a Facebook group and someone tagged the FBI's Facebook page

This is a meme I found on Facebook, and past times I've posted did not violate guidelines

Can I get in trouble for this realistically?

Purgatory The End Hot Sauce

I have eaten spicy food for the better part of 20 years. At 15, I tried my first hot sauce, or what I considered hot at the time anyway

3 weeks ago, I convinced my brothers to try dried Carolina reaper peppers with me. They were insanely hot, although I could handle them a little better than they could because I have somewhat of a tolerance

That brings me to this sauce. I got this bottle, which is advertised as 8 million scovilles (roughly 4x hotter than Carolina reaper peppers) and had one of my brother try this with me. I wanted a fairly big dose, so I used roughly a little less than 1/2 of a teaspoon

Holy shit. The burn is immediate. My ears started hurting and itching at the same time. My sinuses ran like a dam broke, and I had to laugh so that I didn't wince. It was insanely hot!

It didn't last as long as I thought it would though. The taste is actually pretty damn good, and I can't wait to try it on some lentil tacos

8/10 taste

9.8/10 heat

Edit: semantics

My doctor has me on an SSRI

I've had a bad reaction before to another one, and now she stated that this one has a low probability for causing mania

I have a hard time believing this, and I'm terrified that I'll go manic. I have a history of alcohol abuse when I go manic, and it makes me crazier and more likely to get into legal trouble
