Scot in Boston 🏴
Hey folks.
I’m currently on a backpacking trip from Mexico down to Colombia and have made the impromptu decision to head home via Boston to catch Scotland’s World Cup game against Morocco in your beautiful city on the 19th June.
As it’s a bit of a last minute decision and running on a bit of a tight budget - due to the World Cup being on, even hostel prices are through the roof and a bit beyond what I can afford.
I wanted to check with some locals if they had any tips of where to look for possible cheaper accomodation options such as couch surfing or similar that might give me a plan B and allow me some leftover $ for a beer token or two.
Any help or insight is greatly appreciated and I look forward to exploring what Boston has to offer as much as you’re looking forward to thousands of Scots descending on Boston for a week.
