Could you possibly share how I could remain grounded when doing readings and when completing readings back to back. How can I preserve my energy throughout to last? At times I start to feel “floaty” or “drifting”. I have had neck pain at the back of my neck for the past week and worsening if I try to do readings right now so I haven’t been doing any. I love doing readings i get excited usually and I want to but something in me is tense as I prepare my space and myself for reading and I’m not as grounded (floaty). I’ve imagined roots extending from my feet to the earths core, also a rope extending from my sacral chakra to the earths core to keep me anchored and grounded and provide energy, I go outside to stand in the grass after each session, I also imagine burning a thin web after each reading to disconnect from each client. I guess it’s not working. I always use palo and sage to cleanse and prepare my reading area. I call my energy back and take salt baths each night. I’m not sure what to do. I just want to be able to do readings without feeling like this, however it’s not as bad as when I done my first reading weeks ago
