I went to a Rogers nearby just to change my eSIM to physical SIM after one hour in the store, they tried but “A technical unknown problem occurred” and there was no way to help. so they used the usual come tomorrow technic except that my flight is tomorrow. So they gave me this phone number to call and after two calls the last one is the one hour call shown I. the screenshot I never had the chance to speak to a human agent. Totally recommended company 👍
