So sad

It’s honestly sooo SAD to see a department not even willing to genuinely support its students, but instead suggest withdrawing the application altogether.
Maybe this sounds emotional, but throughout this entire process, I have not truly felt supported by either my department or Financial Aid. Being repeatedly told that “all scholarships and grants have already been distributed” and that my only option is to rely on nearly $140,000 in loans is extremely discouraging and disappointing ( and having 0$ income, totally 0)!
For a university that speaks so much about opportunity and supporting students, it is shocking to see how easily students can be left behind simply because they are struggling financially. I guess losing students over finances is considered acceptable now. Wow. 😭😭😭😭

RIP financial aid office

Hey folks. Did anyone receive their Grad plus loan or has it been proceeded? Why financial office is sooo soooo slow. Also, why every time you escalate a case, each rep is telling a different story lol.
What ways I can make them to work fast 😭🤦🏻‍♂️
Thanks 🙏

GRAD Tuition

Hi folks. I’m just wondering if there is a way to appeal to lower the tuition (whether through your department or financial aid)!

I know some unis do it but idk if USC does it, if anyone did it, what was the income or how did you do it?

Hope yall are having amazing week:)

Hi all, I was wondering how USC housing looks like for grad student!

Question 1: Is there anyone who’s assigned for USC housing in CEN- 312-B1?, CEN-3, 2B2P?

Question 2: if you lived here before how it looks like, any advice on this? How good are the rooms, location or the whole building?

Any advice or recommendation would be appreciated.

Thanks!
