So long story short, I been a dishwasher for a year at this retirement home.
I asked for a raise since I’m doing a lot more than a dishwashers job.
They told me no and if I don’t cook atleast once a week they will take away 75 cents of my pay.(which isn’t legal)
So I found a new job who’s paying me a lot more, I put in my 2 weeks now my job I worked at for a year is trying to offer me $2 more but only for part time.
But they have treated me like shit the last 2 months and now they’re trying to be nice and trying everything to make me stay.
Place is toxic I just want out. But last day is Friday!
