Rehab liasion role encompass health

I am a full time staff PT working in hospital based outpatient setting. I was reached out by encomass health for rehab liason role FT and per diem both available. They are giving gas reimbursement and also salary is 85-90k with one weekend on call after 4-5 weeks. I am seeing 15 patients in a 8 hour day and see no growth in clinic due to politics and toxic supervisor however I wanna make sure if pivot is worth it?I am genuinely confused by the reviews online and would really appreciate some insight who os already working at encompass health as rehab liason.

CS SPR therapeutics

Hi
I got a offer letter for CS role SPR therapeutics. I saw terrible reviews on glass door however i am a bedside nurse who really wants to get out of bedside care but DO NOT want to just jump into non clinical role blindly. Would really appreciate an insight and specially now that medtronic acquired SPR therapeutics is there any chance that i am able to make pivot into medtronic neuro modulation after joining and gaining experience at SPR.
I would really appreciate the insight.

DPT EMBA FACHE

Hi everyone! I'm an outpatient PT with three years of experience in a large hospital-based outpatient setting, and I'm at a point where I'm ready to pivot out of clinical practice and into healthcare management, the financial side of healthcare systems, or consulting with a larger firm.

A little background: I have a foreign-trained DPT, I'm an ACHE member, and I live close vicinity to Ivy leagues University. I've been seriously researching the MBA route specifically the ivy leagueEMBA and the Pozen-Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Health Equity Leadership, which covers the full cost of the program for healthcare professionals committed to improving access for underserved populations.

My questions for this community:

• Has anyone made a similar transition from clinical PT into management or consulting? • Is an EMBA from a prestigious program worth the ROI compared to a standard MBA, particularly for breaking into no healthcare consulting or executive roles? • Has anyone pursued the Pozen Fellowship or a similar fully funded path? Was it the right move? • For those who went the FACHE route did that credential meaningfully open doors on the management side? I know this is a big leap, but I'm committed to making it intentionally. Would genuinely love to hear from people who've navigated this. Any perspective what worked, what didn't is incredibly helpful. Thank you!
