So, June officially made it a year as an AM and it’s been a HELLL of a ride 😅 Now that I’m 14 months into the role, my OM told me last week that he had been working on my L5 promo doc and submitted it. Yesterday, he physically showed me that it was approved.

Would that mean I’m officially a Q3 promo and it would go into effect in October? Orrrr is there still more to the process after the promo doc is approved?
It honestly feels too good to be true 🌚 so I’m just curious about how the whole process works and what happens from here. Any insight from AMs who have gone through an L5 promo would be appreciated!
