Hi guys,

I’ve owned the Audeze Maxwell for about 2 years and never had any issues before, but I recently started playing Battlefield 6 on PS5 and noticed something strange.

When the action gets intense (lots of explosions, gunfire, etc.) the sound becomes heavily distorted, almost like it’s cutting out every millisecond.

I have the dongle connected to the PS5 using the original USB-C adapter.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I tried other headphones and they work fine, so it seems to be specific to the Maxwells.
