I made a miso maple braised cabbage this week and had leftovers. I reused the miso butter to marinate my cod, reheated the cabbage in a pan with a tiny bit of water, added the cod on top, the chopped bokchoy and steamed it layered to cook for a few minutes.
Made forbidden rice, fresh corn nibs, mixed it with a bit of the miso butter leftovers and hop, I had super tasty dish midweek! Very happy how it turned out and will certainly redo this leftover twik!
