This morning I was struck with an extreme anger, which led to a further realization.

Lets set the stage: its the late 19th, early 20th century. The separation of sport based on gender (and sex) Is being set in stone, both men's and women's sport and athletic divisions are created through society. Before this women would do certain sports alongside men, while not as prevalent and grounded as men's sports, it was still there. Eventually women's sports were expanded, and separated. This division was based on the patriarchal view the world had, and further separated and cemented gender stereotypes within the broad society.

While women being able to participate in sports was an amazing leap for society, under it all the issues were forming that would become prevalent in the modern day. We arrive in 1980, one of the first major scientific publications brought light to trans individuals, while the term used in 1980 was replaced in 2013 for being incorrect based on more study, its still important for a historical study. The science was pretty new as proper gender studies was in its infancy especially as the idea of gender and sex separation was becoming more prevalent in science and against the conservative world as a whole. While trans people had been participating in sports since forever, the aspect of being out as trans and being included in sports started around the early 2000s. With movements for inclusivity and acceptance becoming more prevalent.

The cracks start to show, as the conservative establishment cant accept basic science and peddles their anti-trans rhetoric, the patriarchal establishment at work. They leverage the aforementioned sport separation by gender (set in sex because they are conservatives) to ostracize the community. In reaction a few groups are created on the pro-trans side:

Transgender people should be allowed in the sport that aligns with their gender
Trans people should have their own league
Abolish gender separated sports and athletics. (my stance/argument)

While I advocate for 3, I also agree with 1 inherently. The thought that biological sex creates inherent advantages is mostly false, especially when said "advantages" are determined by hormones, of which trans individuals are required to actually be on HRT to participate (dumbed down). This advantage disappears, yet studies are taken out of their context and twisted to support the anti-trans side.

To address point two, while I see the reasoning, it is complete bullshit. As I have been speaking of, this continues to fall into the patriarchal suppression. This doesn't help the trans community gain support, but creates the false dichotomy that being trans creates a whole different group, that the label of trans doesn't actually make trans men/women men/women but rather transmen/women. Trans is a descriptive adjective, it creates a separation solely for clarification and study. To quote Jovan Bradley "You don't see a black women and say "hey look a black women"" Inherently arguing that trans people should be in a different league only plays into the hands of transphobes and the patriarchal establishment.

This is why we must destroy the separation of sports based on gender, but rather have weight classes that keep fair chance within such. The seperation based on gender only continues to play into the patriarchy and keeps its control, to properly move towards a post-gender society we must get rid of all the foundations that keep it up, get the weeds out of the garden.

Antinatalism is the belief that it is incorrect/unjustifyable to have children. While I myself lean towards an anti-natalist stance, its important to recognize why this idea has come into being.

Capitalist society: One of the main spreaders of anti-natalist thought is that of capitalist society. People recognize that children will end up suffering in this society and in turn will not have children. This is due to the poor material conditions for most.

Fascistic ideas: While this branches from capitalist society, there is the myth of overpopulation which was spread by fascists. While the idea itself isnt inherently wrong, it is coopted and used by fascists to encourage those they dont see fit to not reproduce. Scientifically we are not over populated, we could take care of every person on the planet for generations without any trouble. But, fascists see this and use it as an excuse.

Conclusion: Inherently the ideas of anti-natalism come from the current state of suffering on the planet, whether it is to prevent the suffering of a future child, or to prevent an unwanted peoples from spreading, the root cause is the current condition of society. Anti-natalism wont disappear, even I share some of the sentiments, but eventually the idea of such will be much less widespread, and more so based on personal preference rather than societal conditions.
